At Ipikoko, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Therefore, we have established a clear and transparent Returns and Refunds policy to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) with 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging.

- Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style we will accommodate your request dependent on stock availability.
- Please note that certain items, such as sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
